TravelManagers has nothing but praise for its personal travel managers in regard to the company's latest sales figures.

Thrashing their previous best week from November last year, the last week in February produced an increase in sales of 13.1 percent. Similarly to last year, the best sales week also led on to produce the company's best month with the total for February's sales results up by 25.5 percent on November 2009.

Chief executive Joe Araullo says while the result is a combination of efforts he is under no illusion TravelManagers has the best personal travel managers in Australia.

"The company is just going from strength to strength. Our personal travel managers are critical to our success and they thoroughly deserve the recognition surrounding the record breaking month."

TravelManagers' sales for February 2010 were up 99.5 percent on the same month last year, a reflection that their strong focus on product knowledge and training is paying off.

"Of course we are huge believers and investors in training and we're constantly ensuring our team are up to date with not only the latest product offerings but also great systems that make their jobs easier behind the scenes. However at the end of the day, it is our personal travel managers' relationships with their clients that bring loyalty and ultimately constant sales.

The sales figures have also meant 14 percent of personal travel managers have achieved sales of over $100K for the month of February.

Personal travel manager Michelle Michael-Pecora from Castle Hill says whilst TravelManagers has been generous with its praise, the support they provide has been a large contributor to her achieving such a high result last month.

"Sure the market is turning but TravelManagers provide us with relevant and timely marketing material, such as our fortnightly personalised eNewsletters, the personal travel catalogues and the weekly webinars. These have been instrumental in stimulating strong client enquiries which in turn are contributing to our current sales volumes."

Michelle says that with TravelManagers delivering the best commission levels to home-based consultants and take-home pay after deducting fees, it is a win-win for everyone.

While 14 percent of personal travel managers achieved sales in excess of $100k for the week ending 28th February, 18 percent achieved sales over $80k and 33 percent achieved sales in excess of $50k.
