  • Mandy Scotney

    Executive General Manager

    My role is to focus on growing the business, making sure we have all the systems, tools and resources in place for the business to run effectively, and realising our vision of being "the best partner in travel."

    I love to spend time with my gorgeous daughter and hang out with friends and family. Obviously I enjoy travel, I don't think I will ever get tired of going somewhere new. My other passion is yoga, which I both teach and practise in my spare time!

    Finance Manager

    As Finance Manager I am responsible for the day to day management of the financial side of the business.

    I'm an avid sports fan- watching and playing it!
    My favourite sport is
    soccer. I'm not bad in
    the kitchen and Thai cuisine is my specialty.

  • Chrissy Tayfield

    Marketing Manager

    My role is to develop our consumer marketing strategy and help strengthen and evolve the TMA brand. I also provide marketing support to our Personal Travel Managers and manage supplier relationships and product development.

    Aside from having the 'travel bug' my passion outside of work is live theatre - especially musical theatre and ballet. I'm also addicted to Zumba, although my 'unique' style of salsa and rumba would be considered questionable by many!

    Accounts administrator

    I look after the payment of suppliers through money direct, reconciling insurance sales, reconciling airline accounts and international payments.

    Outside of work I enjoy all sorts of sports, especially playing soccer. I like to have an active social life and spending time with family and friends.

    Business Partnership Manager VIC

    I am here to totally support our existing PTM's, coach our new PTM's into their new way of life and go out and find other suitable candidates that will compliment our ever growing family!

    Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, partying with our friends, travelling and enjoying goodfood and wine..and beer! But what I really love is to put the headphones on and dig my favourite music!

    Operations Executive

    I look after all things operations for our network - from getting our personal travel managers started through to organising our national conference. I also look after our fabulous Intranet - known as Oracle.

    I love to cook especially anything cajun or creole and most recently all things Maggie Beer. I also love sailing but I'm still getting my sea legs!

    BPM QLD

    My role is to support and manage the fabulous team in QLD and Northern NSW. I keep them connected with supplier updates, training, business planning and coaching.

    Outside of work I love to spend time with my family and friends. I exercise regulary at the gym, I love vintage shopping and in my spare time I like to create new pieces of abstract art.

    Business Partnership Manager NSW

    My role involves working with the PTM's for the North of New South Wales. That being Northern Beaches, North Shore, The Hills District and all the way to the Queensland border. I assist with supporting their business through planning, training and coaching. I am also responsible for sourcing new members to join the group.

    Outside of work, my love is the great outdoors. That may be spending time with family and friends at BBQ's, lunches or long walks - taking photos along the way.

    Business Partnership Manager NSW / ACT

    I network within the Industry - meeting future PTM's and also assisting with business planning and coaching for new PTM's so they have the very best chance of success!

    I like to spend time with my young family outdoors, camping and adventure trips.

    My role is to provide Accounts support to all those hard working PTM's and provide a timely response to any Accounts queries they might have.

    I love relaxing by listening to my favourite cd's and enjoying good food & wine with friends. I love to travel and I'm always planning my next dream trip - the list is endless

    National Business Partnership Manager

    In my role I manage our fantastic team of state based BPM's and help them grow our business. I coach and mentor our PTM's and develop strong relationships with our local partner suppliers.

    I like to chase a little white ball around a course! I enjoy playing table tennis with the lads, and of course, travel. I should have been born Italian as my home made pizzas are pretty famous- well, they are with my niece and nephews!

    BSP Administrator

    I'm here to help our PTM's with their refunds, ACM's and ADM's. I also look after the BSP reconciliation.

    Outside of work I love catching up with friends, eating, drinking, and lazing on the beach.

    National Recruitment Executive

    As National Recruitment Executive I assist in the growth of the personal travel manager network as well as ensuring we attract the best possible people for our National Partnership Office.

    I feel nervous if I don't have at least 2 holidays to look forward to - I love to travel! And, you can't beat a good dive, a good game of golf (is there such a thing?), a good concert and a good wedding.

    I manage the day to day operations for the network. I work hard to ensure a smooth start up and transition for new PTM's and keep our existing PTM's well informed and happy.

    I love planting trees and I have learnt the art of dry stone walling!

    Fares & Ticketing Consultant

    At work I am responsible for assisting the PTM's with any fares and ticketing enquiriesand ensuring any errors are avoided

    I learnt to rollerblade many years ago and now I have moved to Australia I get to fully enjoy all the large parks and beach fronts.

  • Paul Felsch

    Training Manager

    As Training Manager I Co-ordinate and conduct both initial training & conversion to the TMA systems/protocols as well as manage the ongoing training and development opportunities for the established TMA network.

    I've worked, lived and travelled extensively throughout Africa, the Middle East and Europe. I'm something of an Italophile! Outside of work I love to walk my dog, cooking, eating and drinking!

    Fares and Ticketing Executive

    I work on establishing and maintaining rapport with airlines reps focusing on fares and ticketing procedures. I also assist our PTMs with their fares and ticketing requirements.

    Outside of work I love traveling, going out for a drink and eating good food. I also enjoy cooking for friends and family and love spending time with my son.

    Accounts Support

    My role involves Bpay and commission receipting from suppliers, including hotels and insurance.

    Outside of work I love playing badminton, going to the beach for swimming and snorkelling.

  • Naomi Peel

    Operations Assistant

    I assist PTM's with their start up process, ensuring supplier updates are communicated, assist fellow team members in events and day to day operations assistance for PTM's.

    I enjoy sports, in particular Oz Tag and Netball. I love taking my dog for walks and catching up with friends. I also have a pet blue-tongue lizard called Gizz!

    Fares and Ticketing Consultant

    My role involves answering any questions and solving any problems that the Personal Travel Managers have regarding Airfares and Ticketing.

    Outside of work I am always travelling somewhere new and I recently learnt to snowboard in Canada which I absolutely loved! I am also always spending time with family and friends and doing yoga!

    Accounts Executive

    In my role I work closely with the personal travel managers to ensure all suppliers are paid and client files are up to date and accurate.

    Outside of work I enjoy playing tennis and working out at the gym.

  • AIMEE FAUNTLEROY

    corporate Operations

    I support our PTMs with their corporate accounts, from providing their reports, negotiating air & hotel contracts or setting up new accounts in Tramada. I also assist our BDM with corporate proposals and I look after the Corporate Oracle site.

    Outside of work I enjoy day trips out of the city, the beach, yoga, shopping, going to gigs and music festivals!

    Marketing Administrator Corporate

    I'm here to assist the PTM's with their marketing efforts. I'm the 'go to man' for the web profiles, marketing collateral, e-newsletter and brand compliance.

    I am passionate about big game fishing and have my own business producing lures.

    Corporate Business development manager

    My role at the NPO is to develop business for our Corporate Partnerships model while assisting PTM's in growing their corporate business.

    Away from work I enjoy all things AFL, kayaking at Penrith Lakes, running, swimming, gym and the occasional yoga session.

    Business Partnership Manager WA / SA

    In my role I strive to grow the TMA business in WA/SA by assisting current PTMs to build sales; by representing TMA to suppliers and working with them and by discovering new professional travel consultants who'll make great PTMs.

    Outside of work I enjoy good food, good wine, time with my husband, family & friends and all things Italian.
