In her position as TravelManagers’ Business Partnership Manager (BPM) for New South Wales and ACT, Melinda Rowe has visited PTMs throughout her region over recent months, covering well over a thousand miles as she has travelled from Port Macquarie to Canberra (and numerous points between).
TravelManagers’ team of state-based BPMs, who are responsible for supporting a nationwide network of personal travel managers (PTMs), spent an average of 21 days on the road in the last six months. During that time, they have fostered TravelManagers’ culture of family while facilitating supplier training sessions, hosting casual lunch gatherings and attending one-on-one mentoring meetings.
“Having worked as a PTM myself for many years, I’ve known what it’s like to have a great BPM in your corner,” Rowe explains. “I always appreciated the support provided by our entire National Partnership Office (NPO), as well as our partner suppliers, and I love being able to get out on the road regularly to connect with my PTMs in person.”
