Third Time’s a Charm for TravelManagers Australia at NTIA 2024

TravelManagers took centre stage at the NTIA Awards on Saturday night, winning 2024 Most Outstanding Mobile Travel Advisor Network for the third time since 2019. The company’s Executive General Manager, Michael Gazal, says he was delighted to accept the accolade on behalf of its network of 470 personal travel managers, and dedicated the win to its National Partnership Office (NPO) team members.

“Every member of the TravelManagers family shares the same dedication to our vision of being the best partner in travel,” he explains, “which is reflected in our outstanding sales performance over the past twelve months.”

TravelManagers won the Most Outstanding Travel Advisor Network category, which according to NTIA, “recognises the advisor network which demonstrates outstanding conduct in service delivery through its network of professional travel advisors operating remotely to the company headquarters”.

Michael Gazal/NPO – TravelManagers was awarded Most Outstanding Mobile Travel Advisor at the 2024 NTIA Awards on Saturday evening.

Coming on top of back-to-back wins in the same category in 2019 and 2022 (after NTIA’s short hiatus), Gazal says this year’s win reaffirms TravelManagers’ commitment to delivering exceptional service standards and providing unwavering support to a highly skilled network of travel advisors throughout Australia.

TravelManagers was also a finalist in the Most Outstanding Employee Engagement and Recruitment Program category, with two personal travel managers among the finalists for Most Outstanding Mobile Advisor – Julianne Gazal-Rizk and Melanie Whyte.

“As an organisation, we are serious about being the best partner in travel for our network of advisors, and a great place to work for our NPO employees” Gazal adds. “Our success at the 2024 NTIAs is a direct reflection on the calibre of our people, and we are particularly proud of Julianne and Melanie for their outstanding achievements.”
