TravelManagers has concluded its twice-yearly series of state meetings, held throughout November in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. As well as providing an opportunity to catch up on the latest travel industry developments, the events bring together personal travel managers (PTMs), National Partnership Office (NPO) team and suppliers for a fun, pre-Christmas celebration.
- WA-based PTMs gathered in Perth for a day that included reflection on the past year and planning for the road ahead.

- Elyse Palmer (pictured with TravelManagers’ Executive General Manager, Michael Gazal) was one of four PTMs to celebrate their five-year milestone at the Sydney state meeting.
After updates and workshops provided by the NPO team, attendees were invited to show off their other talents with a variety of social activities that included indoor mini golf and ten-pin bowling.
Sarah Knoll, who is a PTM based in Mount Evelyn, VIC, attended the Melbourne state meeting at Pan Pacific South Wharf, which was followed by mini golf and lunch at Holey Moley at Crown.
“I particularly enjoyed being able to workshop with other PTMs,” she reports. “There is so much knowledge and experience in the room at these events, and I think such opportunities – hearing about each other’s business practices and gaining new tips – are invaluable.”
