TravelManagers’ annual national conference brings together personal travel managers (PTMs), National Partnership Office (NPO) team, trade and media industry partners and partner suppliers in what is always a vibrant celebration.
Our three day event typically includes plenary sessions, workshops, a trade show, team building, and evening networking. It’s exciting, engaging, and our personal travel managers are re-energised when they go back to their businesses. It’s the highlight of the year, and we’re excited to be heading to Tasmania for our 2026 conference.
TravelManagers 2025 Conference
In 2025, more than 500 PTMs, partner suppliers and NPO team members gathered in Nusa Dua, Bali, for three days of connection whilst focusing on our conference theme: Clarity. Highlights included keynotes from behavioural futurist Milo Wilkinson, and Kath Koschel, 2024 NSW Australian of the Year, plus a hands-on community work at a local school. A standout moment saw Georgia Thomas cut her hair live on stage, raising $8,296 for Hair with Heart.
TravelManagers 2024 Conference
Our 2024 conference was held in Cairns, with the theme : ‘Working Smarter’. Each achievement highlighted the vast opportunities ahead and discussions centered on small habits that could save hours, strategic product selection for better returns, and innovative technologies to streamline operations. Our conference event encouraged all aspects of TravelManagers Australia to work smarter, aiming to make 2024 a year of intentional choices.
TravelManagers 2023 Conference
In 2023 our conference was held in Christchurch, in theTe Pae Convention Centre, under the theme ‘Future Fit’. This conference focused on the importance of adapting business practices, streamlining processes, and adopting new technologies to stay ahead. Attendees explored strategies for ongoing learning, skill development, and outsourcing to improve efficiency. Our 2023 conference not only celebrated past successes but also equipped attendees with the tools and insights needed to thrive in an ever-evolving travel industry.
TravelManagers 2022 Conference
The theme of our 2022 conference was ‘Together’: celebrating the opportunity for PTMs from around Australia to come together for the first time since the 2019 conference in Perth. As with previous years, our 2022 conference theme works on many levels. Chosen for our 2020 conference which was subsequently cancelled, we believe this theme is even more important now than ever. It provided our 350+ delegates with the opportunity to tell stories of how we have benefited from working collaboratively, and gives us the platform to explore ways that we can continue to do so, and create new synergies that enable us all to thrive.
