TravelManagers is founded

TravelManagers is founded

Backed by the House of Travel Group, Chris Paulsen launches TravelManagers Australia, with a vision to create the country’s premium home‑based travel network.
The personal travel manager (PTM) model is introduced, enabling experienced consultants to run their own businesses with central systems, ticketing and marketing support.

Home-based model gains traction

Home-based model gains traction

TravelManagers builds strong supplier relationships and refines its technology and support structure.
Hoot Holidays continues growing as a key wholesale and packaged‑holiday brand in the House of Travel family.

TravelManagers becomes one of Australia’s leading mobile travel advisor networks by size and reputation.
The National Partnership Office (NPO) structure is strengthened across marketing, fares and ticketing, operations, finance and IT to support PTMs.
Hoot Holidays broadens its product range across Fiji, the Pacific, Asia and popular beach destinations, working closely with TravelManagers PTMs while also selling directly to consumers.
