TravelManagers Powers Up its Partnership Team
TravelManagers has supercharged up its National Partnership Office (NPO) team, engaging the expertise of world-leading public speaking trainer, Jordana Borensztajn, to deliver a series of small-group workshops entitled Presenting with Power.
The workshops were held in Sydney over two days during April, with staff navigating a series of exercises designed to boost their presentation and public speaking skills. TravelManagers’ Executive General Manager, Michael Gazal was among those to benefit from Borensztajn’s expertise.
“Having worked with us on various projects over the past three years, Jordana was the ideal expert to create a program that fits seamlessly with TravelManagers’ culture and values. She focused on fine-tuning each participant’s existing presentation skills, ensuring that our NPO team is well-equipped to provide new PTMs with the best possible induction experience.”
According to Gazal, the workshops are just one element of TravelManagers’ focus on the learning and development of its NPO team.
“We have a broader commitment to be ‘the best partner in travel’ to our network of personal travel managers (PTMs), which we are fulfilling through a variety of initiatives that also includes team-building activities and ‘mentoring the mentors’ training sessions for our Business Partnership Managers.”
By continuing to encourage professional development, TravelManagers seeks to nurture employee growth and deliver enhanced service excellence, innovation, and long-term career fulfilment.
