Connection at the Core of TravelManagers’ 2026 National Conference

TravelManagers has unveiled the theme for its 2026 National Conference, which will be held in Hobart later this year. Executive General Manager Michael Gazal explains that Connection was chosen to reflect the travel company’s ethos that “connection elevates an exchange from a simple transaction into something meaningful.”

“Travel is all about connection,” Gazal explains, “and it is woven into every aspect of what we do and who we are. At an individual level, it means staying true to yourself and your purpose, but it’s also about building and maintaining strong relationships, within our network of personal travel managers (PTMs), with our partner suppliers, and with our customers and community.”

This year’s conference will take place 18-20th August, and Gazal reports that registrations are already strong despite the finer details of the program remaining under wraps for the time being.

“More than five hundred PTMs, partner suppliers, media partners and National Partnership Office (NPO) team members travelled to Bali for last year’s event. Based on the enthusiastic response when we announced Tasmania as our 2026 location, I think we can expect to see another year of record-breaking attendance,” he predicts.
