TravelManagers Enters 2026 Backed by Strong YOY Performance
TravelManagers has entered 2026 on a high, driven by strong growth across its nationwide network of personal travel managers (PTMs) during 2025. Chief Operating Officer Grant Campbell says the home-based brand is on track for a strong conclusion to the financial year on 31st March 2026, with a projected year-on-year growth of around 6.3 percent.
“This stands out against a backdrop of more modest growth reported across much of the industry.” Campbell notes, “which is due in part to a substantial increase in total spend per booking, up almost ten percent compared with the previous year. Small group touring is up 38 percent, while cruise holidays also continue to be strongly in demand – up by twelve percent. Additionally, there have been several breakout destinations for us in 2025, most notably Africa, which has grown by twelve percent.”
Campbell pays tribute to TravelManagers’ network of PTMs and its National Partnership Office (NPO) team, who he says should share the credit for another exceptional year.
“From the 164 webinar training sessions arranged by NPO this year, to the 205 famil opportunities and the industry-leading tech innovations we have implemented, we have continued to demonstrate our commitment to providing PTMs with the tools they need to thrive in 2026.”
Campbell says TravelManagers intends to capitalise on opportunities to further expand its network of PTMs during 2026, driven by changes taking place across the industry that he predicts may generate fresh interest from advisors in search of new horizons.
“With more players than ever in the home-based travel advisor sector, we believe our continued investment in technology, training and personalised support clearly sets TravelManagers apart.”
“Our PTMs are our strongest advocates,” he adds. “The positive recruitment, onboarding and support journey we provide for our newest advisors will help to expand our pool of dedicated cheerleaders.”
In August 2025, TravelManagers’ annual National Conference showcased the strong sense of community for which the home-based network is renowned. According to Campbell, the three-day event was attended by more than 500 PTMs, partner suppliers, media partners and National Partnership Office (NPO) team members.
“Aside from a packed schedule of presentations, plenary sessions and workshops, we also spent a memorable morning at a school in Nusa Dua, wielding paint brushes and spades to create a better learning environment for the local children.”
Campbell identifies TravelManagers’ commitment to innovation as one of the key factors in attracting and retaining travel advisors. During 2025, the company announced two major technology launches, with further enhancements planned for 2026.
“Our in-house wholesaler, Fastbook launched TripBuilder, a single sign-on platform which aggregates hotel aggregators and land content, and has an in-built AI powered itinerary planning tool. It’s exclusive to our network and saves them time booking complex FIT itineraries. Our PTMs also continue to leverage their own B2C cruise platform, delivering a seamless client experience and a constant cruise presence without the need for individual website management.”
In addition, TravelManagers’ newly launched corporate travel brand, Corporate Travel Specialists, means that PTMs can now trade as both TravelManagers and Corporate Travel Specialists depending on the sector.
“In 2025, TravelManagers celebrated a milestone achievement, surpassing $500 million in annual turnover for the first time in our twenty-year history. As we head into 2026, we remain focused on empowering PTMs to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients while growing profitable, sustainable businesses.”
