TravelManagers has announced its continued involvement in Signature Travel Network’s mystery shopper program, selecting ten personal travel managers (PTMs) to provide their expertise and insights throughout 2024.

TravelManagers’ Operations Manager, Troy Coelho, describes the Mystery Shopper program as a critical component of Signature’s hotel and resort quality control strategy. He says the Australian travel brand is delighted to continue its involvement as part of its ongoing partnership with the global luxury travel provider, having also participated during 2023.

He explains that each mystery shopper will have the opportunity to complete a two-night stay at a participating property, taking in the full guest experience and assessing three key areas: product (guestrooms and public spaces), service, and delivery of Signature’s guest benefits.

“From food and beverage outlets to fitness centres, from concierge service to spa treatments, our mystery shoppers will evaluate every aspect of the guest experience in order to provide extensive feedback about their experience.”

The resulting feedback will then be shared with the relevant properties, identifying any opportunities for improvement and determining their continued participation in the Signature Hotels & Resorts Program.

“With an ever-increasing number of TravelManagers’ customers seeking out luxury travel experiences, we’re very happy to lend our PTMs’ expertise and insights to the program,” he concludes. “Our involvement will assist in ensuring that Signature’s global network of properties continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.”
