Largest Ever Cohort of TravelManagers luxury advisors attend ILTM Singapore 2026

Nearly 40 representatives from TravelManagers attended the recent International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) APAC in Singapore earlier this month.

35 Personal Travel Managers (PTMs), plus personnel from the National Partnership Office were invited to attend as representatives of TravelManagers – the business’s biggest group yet, a testament to how well regarded they are in the sector.

Widely viewed as the premier luxury travel expo, the invitation-only event was held at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre inside Marina Bay Sands, Singapore and brought travel advisors together with over 650 brands. The TravelManagers group attended three days of pre-scheduled appointments, educational sessions and networking.

Many PTMs have carved out a niche for themselves in the luxury travel space, curating excellent itineraries and forging close supplier relationships to send their clients on unique holidays.

PTM Mel Harrop remarked “it was such a wonderful week to work on our business and relationships with luxury partners in the industry.” Echoing her sentiment was PTM Dom Bellissimo, “I can certainly see ILTM’s value and really enjoyed connecting with suppliers.” The collective response was that ILTM was invaluable for their businesses, creating new relationships, discovering new products and providing the opportunity to be totally immersed in everything luxury travel.

Michael Gazal, Executive General Manager for TravelManagers, said he was incredibly proud of how the cohort represented the business. “So many suppliers knew TravelManagers well and commented on our value to their business, and how friendly, professional and engaged our team was. The feeling was mutual; our PTMs left the Market with so much knowledge, fantastic new connections, and unforgettable experiences.

“A huge thank you to the ILTM organisers for an incredible event and having our biggest group yet as part of it.”

The feedback from PTMs was overwhelmingly positive too, with the opportunity to connect – and reconnect – being invaluable, alongside the chance to spend time with colleagues. PTM Michelle Smith summarised the experience well, saying, “It was very productive and I am sure I speak for everyone: We felt proud to say we were from TravelManagers. It was amazing.”
