Our monthly administration fee covers the tools and technology you need to run your business, plus the support of our national partnership office including Training, Marketing, Finance, Fares & Ticketing (including BSP support), Operations, IT & Systems Support, and of course your own Business Partnership Manager.
Our four-day in-house induction at our National Partnership Office (NPO) near Central station in Sydney’s CBD allows for quality hands-on learning. This invaluable experience connects you with our NPO team and, just as importantly, with other new PTMs. These early bonds often translate into ongoing peer support, which is a hallmark of our culture.

Post-induction, you will work with your BPM to create a 90-day action plan, and you’ll receive follow-ups from NPO to embed the learning. This seamless onboarding helps you to settle in quickly, giving your clients an equally seamless experience from day one.
If you don’t already have your own professional indemnity insurance, we can arrange this for you for $260 + GST charged annually.
We also have a suite of optional extras. Keeping these optional to only those who need them enables us to continue offering a generous commission split.
